Your Highness,
You are cordially invited to PERSONALLY ATTEND a Statutory meeting of the Pan African Council of Traditional and Customary Authorities scheduled to hold in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire in the month from Monday 10 to Wednesday 12 September, with the following on its Agenda:
Sunday, September 09, 2018 :
10 am – 1 pm: Courtesy visits to authorities
4 pm – 6 p m : Meeting of the Executive Bureau.
Monday, September 10, 2018 :
10 am – 5 p m (with interludes) : General Assembly of Members having to deliberate on:
- The admission of New Members & Partners
- Presentation of Past Activity Reports.
- Presentation of Projects of the Association.
- Balance sheet of 2016/2017 activities
- Mid-term Strategies, Programmes and Projects (2018 – 2021).
- Voting of 2018 budget.
- Constitution of Bureau Members and Representations.
- Constitution and Designation of Standing Committee Members
- Other matters.

Only fully registered members with fully paid dues will be allowed to vote and/or be voted for.
Kindly be reminded of the following:
